SUMMER'S coming early at a North Devon holiday park - and also for local people looking for work.Croyde's Ruda Holiday Park is on the lookout for lifeguards, chefs, chalet cleaners and park attendants ahead of this year's influx of annual visitors to the region. The park is holding special interview sessions at Barnstaple Job Centre throughout February to fill a number of summer positions.Sonya Gregory of Ruda Holiday Park said: "I'm so pleased to have this chance to meet new people who want to work with us this year. "We can offer really interesting and rewarding jobs. It can be hard work but it's great when you know you've made a difference to help holiday makers enjoy their time with us. We are looking forward to a great year ahead."Lynne Symons of Jobcentre Plus added: "Ruda Holiday Park has worked very successfully with Jobcentre Plus in previous recruitment campaigns so we're pleased they've decided to use our services again. "We've strengthened our relationship with them and they have signed a Local Employment Partnership (LEP) which guarantees an interview for our customers needing extra support to return to work. "It also gives Ruda the chance to see people they may not previously have considered."For more information, or to arrange an interview on one of the special sessions on February 12, 16, 17, 23 or 24, telephone (01271) 395449 or (01271) 395457 or call into the Barnstaple Jobcentre on Queen Street at between 9.30am and 4pm.
