Trophy tour arriving in Devon

Excitement is building in Exeter as the city prepares to welcome the biggest celebration of women’s rugby in history.

As part of a nationwide three-week tour, the prestigious Women’s Rugby World Cup 2025 trophy will make a special stop in the city – giving fans and media a unique opportunity to get up close to the prize at the heart of this record-breaking tournament.

On the morning of Tuesday, May 20, the trophy will be proudly showcased at Exeter Cathedral, where it will be joined by tournament stars, who will talk about the anticipation for and significance of the tournament coming to Exeter, and reflect on the powerful legacy it will leave in communities across Devon and beyond.

With over 275,000 tickets already sold, the record-breaking tournament is the most accessible and inclusive yet. A fresh batch of tickets will be released on May 14, with prices starting at just £10 for adults and £5 for children – making it easier than ever for everyone to be part of this historic moment for women’s sport.
