He has been remanded in custody.In the latest twist, Goa's Tourism Minister has said he thought it "a clear case of murder" which had "gone out of proportion because police tried to cover it up."Scarlett's mother, Fiona MacKeown, had been on a six-month holiday with her boyfriend and six other children when her daughter died.
