DOMESTIC refuse collections on Torridgeside have recommenced this morning (Thursday).

Collections will initially be made on the normal Thursday collection rounds, where it is safe to do so. After this, collection vehicles will begin to collect from areas previously missed this week, but again only where safe to do so.

Green box and bag recycling is also in operation on the same basis.

Green wheeled bin collections continue to be suspended as the vehicles and staff are being redeployed to deal with the domestic refuse backlog.
