Police are warning people in Lynton to be vigilant following a crime spree in the town.
On August 29, a person climbed through the open front window of a property in Lee Road between 2-4.30pm and stole a number of items.
The window of a house in Rock Avenue was smashed overnight between August 30 and 31. Damage was caused to the inside of the property but it is not yet known whether anything was taken.
A person also attempted to enter a property in Rock Lodge through an open windown betwen 2-4am on August 31.
It is believed they were disturbed by a dog barking inside and left the area.
Extra police units will be patrolling the town and officers are warning people to be extra vigilant.
Anyone who sees anything suspicious is asked to call 999.
