SOME 300 off-duty police officers from the Devon and Cornwall force will join thousands of colleagues at a rally in London today (Wednesday.)An expected 18,000 police will march past Whitehall in protest at the Government's pay offer.It is the first police march through the capital since 1919.The rally begins at 10.30am and many local officers will have to leave the region at 3am to get to the meet in time.Devon and Cornwall Constabulary has said all officers involved are doing so in their own time.
