The incident occurred at around 12.30pm in St James Place.
The victim was left shaken and distressed by the incident.
The suspects were in a Ford Transit van that was parked on double yellow lines.
One is a six foot two inch tall man of average build, thought to be in his mid to late thirties.
He had short dark hair and was wearing a work-style body warmer.
The other suspect is a man in aged in his late twenties.
