80-year-old Barnstaple man set for February trial after appearing before Magistrates

A Barnstaple pensioner has pleaded not guilty to a charge of exposure.

Victor Wadham, 80, of Little Moor Close appeared at North Devon Magistrates’ Court on Friday, faced with allegations that he was walking along the Tarka Trail while partially naked in August.

The case was adjourned until February 18 for trial.
