The bus was donated by the Lord’s Taverner’s last week.

Pupils and staff at Pathfield School were presented with a new minibus last week.

The £48,000, wheelchair accessible 16-seater has been donated by the Lord’s Taverners and will enable the pupils at Pathfield better access to the community.

The Law Family Charitable Foundation kindly donated £22,000 to towards the vehicle.

Pathfield headteacher, Claire May, said: “We are thrilled with our new minibus and it will have an enormous positive impact on our school’s ability to access activities and events.

“Our thanks go to the Lord’s Taverners and the Law Family Charitable Foundation for their support and generosity.”

The Lord’s Taverners minibuses provide disadvantaged and disabled young people with the chance to engage with the local community.

This year marks the 40th anniversary of the charity’s first donation.
