A NEW 20-minute tariff has been introduced in many of Torridge's key car parks in an effort to encourage customers to "pop into town."The short-stop tariff is part of what the district council describes as a "more customer focused" range of car parking charges.The new 20-minute tariffs are in operation in the Bideford Manor, Bideford Quay, Holsworthy Manor, Torrington Barley Grove and Sydney House, Northam Bone Hill, Appledore Churchfield and Westward Ho! Main car parks.
