The popular event will once again take place around the Square and at rectory gardens, but this year there is also a new vintage cars and motorcycle section on Bone Hill.

Last year organiser Northam Town Council welcomed living history group Hildsvin to the Northam May Fair for the first time and they will be back for 2019 with their Viking-Saxon encampment and battle re-enactments.

Visit them throughout the day inside the encampment. Then at 11am and 3pm, there will be action-packed combat sessions which are followed by the interactive Kiddie Vike sessions.

In addition, once again there will be Maypole dancing, traction engine rides, Morris dancing, fairground rides, music from Appledore Band, bingo, stalls, local food and drink vendors and ice cream.

Organisers would like to thank everyone involved in the fair, from visitors through to stall holders and volunteers.
