It also runs Lynton Resource Centre, and community nursing and therapy teams across the area.
The Gazette is asking readers to e-mail or write to us with their stories of how our staff have provided exceptional care and support to them and their families.
Mrs Kelly said: “We value all our staff and appreciate the commitment they make to provide the best possible care to the people of Exeter, North, Mid, East and West Devon.
“Please come forward and help us find that special member of staff who will be our Healthcare Hero for 2013.”
Nominations must be received by Tuesday, December 31 and the winners will be presented their awards early in the new year.
The Gazette will also be featuring nominations between now and then – so enter now and make sure your local Healthcare Hero is recognised for their hard work.
