TORRINGTON schoolgirl Keeley Allin, 12, is poised to become one of the youngest civic dignitaries in the country. Her mum, Councillor Sue Mills, has been chosen as Torrington's Mayor-elect and when she takes up the office this spring, Keeley will become her official consort.Born in Langtree and a resident of Torrington for 30 years, Sue has been a councillor for six years and deputy mayor for the past two.She is chairman of the local St John Ambulance, a tenant board member of Tarka Housing and works as a volunteer in the town's Red Cross charity shop.
