Former St John Ambulance hall in Hart Street, Bideford, is sold to become new offices.

The former St John Ambulance hall in Bideford has been sold.

Advertising agency Bluesoup purchased the building in Hart Street as a ‘permanent solution’ to its growing business.

Dom Rosenbaum, chartered surveyor at John Smale & Co, said: “The sale to Bluesoup is great news for the building and the town as a whole, retaining an important business in Torridge.”

Ben Duhig, Bluesoup managing director, added: “We’re extremely delighted to be the new owners of the hall and have some exciting plans for the building which will be adapted to provide modern office facilities.”
