NEW plans for a housing development in the centre of Braunton have been submitted to North Devon Council.

Proposals for 10 homes on land at adjacent to the Caen Street car park have already been agreed in principle by council planners.

The new application by developer Inox Design and Build seeks permission to expand the scheme to provide 14 homes and one flat with access off South Street.
