Concern grows from 23-year-old who has been missing for more than 20 days.

Police are appealing for help to find a missing Swindon man who has links to Devon.

Philip Minshall, 23, was last seen at his home in Toothill on June 30.

He has friends in the Devon and Cornwall area and may have travelled to the region,

Mr Minshall is described as white, approximately 5ft 6ins tall, of slim build. He has a beard and a tattoo on his neck which says ‘Jayden’ and another on the back of his neck saying ‘Melvin’ as well as tattoos on his palms.

It is believed he was wearing white Nike trainers, black and white tracksuit bottoms and a multi-coloured t-shirt with a picture of New York on the front. (as pictured above)

Acting Inspector Tom Straker, of Wiltshire Police, said: “Philip has now been missing for 20 days and we, as well as his family and friends, are becoming increasingly concerned about his welfare.

“It is most out of character for Philip to disappear like this and not make any contact with his girlfriend, friends and family members.

“Philip has not used his mobile phone or bank card since he went missing. We believe he may have approximately £60 cash on him.

“Although he said he was going to Swindon town centre to buy trainers on the morning he was last seen, our enquiries have led us to believe that he did not actually go into town and make this purchase.”

“I would like to appeal to Philip directly – please, if you are reading this, get in touch with your friends, family, or call us on 101 and tell us you are safe.

“You are not in any trouble. Those that know you are missing you.”

Anyone who has seen or heard from Philip in the past 20 days, can contact police on 101, or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
