SIR - Owing to circumstances, I had to spend three days at the Warren Nursing Home, Northam, recently. I have to say that I have never met so many friendly and helpful people under one roof. Everyone looked after me and really made me feel at home, even the cat and the parrot! Nothing was too much trouble for them and it was all done very cheerfully.
