Man attacked by Forches gang

POLICE in Barnstaple are appealing for witnesses after a 25-year-old local man was allegedly attacked by a group of men early on Monday morning. The victim was left with facial injuries when he was punched to the ground in the Gould Road area of Forches.

The victim was left with facial injuries when he was punched to the ground in the Gould Road area of Forches.

Although there is no clear description of the suspects, it is believed that a group of up to six men were present.
