A new 75-apartment retirement development will be officially launched at an event in Barnstaple on Tuesday, March 17.
Churchill Living is inviting residents to go along and find out more about the new Barum Lodge apartment complex, which will be built on the former Civic Centre site in North Walk.
The launch event will take place at The Barnstaple Hotel in Braunton Road, with presentations at 11am and 2pm. All are welcome to attend.

Barum Lodge has been designed for the over 60s and will feature 75 one and two-bedroom apartments on the banks of the River Taw.
Owners will also have access to the exclusive Owner’s Lounge, complete with a coffee bar and views of the river.
The launch next Tuesday will give prospective owners, their friends and family and members of the community the opportunity to learn more about the development.
Guests will be able to view plans, attend a presentation and reserve an apartment of their choice if they should wish. Churchill Living’s recommended moving and lifestyle partners will also be available to offer guidance, including downsizing support.
