If you have any information on the whereabouts of missing Maine coon Kovu, please get in touch with his family.
A Barnstaple family has issued a plea to people in the town and across North Devon to make their beloved Maine coon cat ‘too hot to handle’ and get him home.
Kovu, a grey marble Maine coon tabby, has been missing, believed stolen, from Forches in Barnstaple since Monday, January 5.
A cash reward has been offered for his safe return, with no questions asked.

Owner Natasha Thomas said the six-year-old family pet is very distinctive and easily identifiable with long fluffy fur, large green eyes, and a bushy tail.
Natasha said the family is heart-broken and with the absence of any sightings, they believe the pedigree cat may well have been stolen.
She said their local community has been very helpful with keeping an eye out and putting up posters but they want to reach as wide an audience as possible.

Kovu is microchipped and all local vets and rescue centres have been alerted to his disappearance.
If you have seen Kovu, or have any information as to his whereabouts, please email Natasha on tashthomas@hotmail.co.uk
If you think you have him in your possession, he can also be handed in to any local vet practice.
