A motorcyclist was taken to hospital with serious injuries following a collision in Ilfracombe on Friday (July 25) afternoon.
Police were called at around 1.30pm on Friday 25 July after reports of a single-vehicle collision on Watermouth Road, near Hele Bay Garage.
The motorcycle left the road and collided with a hedge.
The male rider sustained potentially serious injuries to his leg and arm.

Ambulance crews and the air ambulance attended the scene.
The rider was taken to hospital by land ambulance.
The road was blocked while emergency services responded and was cleared shortly after 3pm.
A spokesperson for Devon and Cornwall Police confirmed the details.
