New community art gallery on Bideford Quay

Art Upstairs is set to officially open its doors on July 29, offering a captivating space dedicated to showcasing exceptional works of art from ArtMakers’ extensive network of members. Prior to the grand opening, an exclusive preview event will be held on July 27, providing a special opportunity for distinguished guests and members of the press to experience the gallery's artistic ambience firsthand.

The first exhibition to be hosted at Art Upstairs will be from the New Atlantic Wave, a collection of local artists and makers whose works are inspired by the rich cultural heritage and breathtaking coastal landscapes within the region.
