Distinctive blue laptop and roll of £20 notes was taken in alleged break in after burglars made ‘untidy search’ of home.

POLICE are appealing for information after a bright blue laptop was taken during a house burglary yesterday (Weds).

The alleged break in happened in Pottington Road between 7.30am and 3pm.

A metallic blue Samsung laptop with silver lines on the lid were taken, as well as a bundle of £20 notes.

Police believe the thieves gained entry to the house by forcing the front door open and an untidy search was made of the property.

“If you saw anyone wandering around with a bright blue laptop in the area at the time, or if someone has tried to sell one to you, please get in touch with police.
