Mr Ross said: "I am very humbled, yet deeply honoured, to have been voted by my peers to become a Paul Harris Fellow. Although I personally feel this award has come 20 years early, over the years ahead I will try and live up to my fellow members' expectations and help them grow the family of Rotary which has such incredibly worthwhile, local, national and worldwide ideals.
