Pictures reveal the work underway at the former Seven Brethren car park as it makes way for 180 new homes.

The former car park, along with the site of the former North Devon Leisure Centre, will be developed into new housing.

Due for completion in 2028, the development will include 125 family homes and 55 flats.

Livewest has been named as the housing provider for the site.

The reserved matters application for the scheme was approved in March 2024.

The new Seven Brethren car park opened on Monday, 13 January, the same day the former car park closed.
