The Link Road on the A361
Contractor Griffiths has announced a full road closure of Hacche Lane starting on Monday, October 14, at 8pm until Monday, October 28, at 6am.
This closure is part of the ongoing North Devon Link Road (NDLR) works.
In a statement released by the contractors, it states: "There will be a Full 24 Hrs Road Closure of Hacche Lane from Monday 14th October @ 20.00 to Monday 28th October @ 6am. In addition to the road closure the Right Turns in & out of Hacche Lane will be permanently banned as per final design of the NDLR works."
In addition to the closure, right turns in and out of Hacche Lane will be permanently banned as per the final design of the NDLR project. Motorists looking to enter Hacche Lane from the A361 westbound should proceed straight to the next roundabout (North Aller), take the fourth exit, return to the A361 eastbound, and then turn left into Hacche Lane.
For those travelling west towards Barnstaple from Hacche Lane, drivers should turn left and continue straight to the next roundabout (Borner’s), take the fourth exit back onto the A361 westbound, and continue straight.
