Torridge District Council has launched My Property Information, a quick and easy online tool that provides details on essential services based on a resident’s address.

The digital tool has replaced the waste collection dates calendar and brings together waste collection dates and local councillor information. It also hosts a newly developed services map, including transport links, car parks and recycling centres, all in an easy-to-use format.

Councillor Ken James, Leader of Torridge District Council, said: “The My Property Information tool is in response to resident’s calls for quick access to joined-up information on what and when services, such as waste collections, are available to them.

“The tool has been well received so far and we are looking to add more services and information, such as addition of Council Tax bands and nearby planning applications and decisions, on the interactive map.”

Residents can access the tool simply by visiting: www.torridge.gov.uk/my-property.
