Doggy Summer Fete coming to Affinity Devon

Devon based events management company A Doggy Day Out is celebrating a wonderful summer of fun and welcoming the arrival of autumn with an event packed full of family fun with your dog!

The Doggy Summer Fete will take place at dog-friendly Affinity Devon Outlet Shopping in Bideford on Sunday, September 24.

The event aims to provide both owners and their four-legged friends with an opportunity to have a go at activities and enjoy canine orientated party games that appeal to a dog’s natural ability to sniff out treats. There’ll be games that test obedience too, whilst those with athleticism and energy to spare can have a go at canine agility.

Event organisers A Doggy Day Out always strives to create opportunities for local animal charities to benefit and this event is no exception. Rescue charitable organisation K9 Focus will host a fun dog show with a variety of classes to suit all dogs young, old, large and small.

Shopping is no problem at all because Affinity Devon Outlet Shopping recently relaxed its dog policy, allowing animals in the centre itself. Owners can even identify and visit dog-friendly shops thanks to Dog-Friendly window stickers.
