Hartland Abbey will be on our screens this weekend

HARTLAND Abbey will be appearing on BBC1 this Sunday (January 8) in an episode of Antiques Roadshow filmed last summer.

Fiona Bruce and the team visited Hartland Abbey to film the popular show which will be aired at 7.30pm.

The World War Two notebooks of a young plane-spotter who may have witnessed Glenn Miller’s last flight and a collection of pottery used for making clotted cream are among the items featured on the show.

A colourful collection of early surf boards will also be featured on the programme.
