Girl, 14, assaulted in Bideford alleyway

POLICE in Bideford are investigating an incident in which a 14-year-old girl was pushed to the floor and punched in the head as she walked in an alleyway between Pynes Lane and Clovelly Road at around 11pm on Saturday. She suffered bruising to her face.

POLICE in Bideford are investigating an incident in which a 14-year-old girl was pushed to the floor and punched in the head as she walked in an alleyway between Pynes Lane and Clovelly Road at around 11pm on Saturday. She suffered bruising to her face.

The suspect is described as being a white man aged between 20 and 30, 5ft 8-9ins tall and of slim build. He was wearing a black coat and had long spikey hair and a designer beard.
