Barnstaple Pannier Market, May 28-29, live music and lots of beers
Hoist a pint or three and enjoy great live music at the 11th North Devon Beer Festival over the Whitsun bank holiday weekend.
On Sunday and Monday, May 28-29, will play host to 16 local brewers and more than 40 real ales and ciders to tempt your taste buds.
It opens at noon on Sunday and runs until 10pm. The entertainment on Sunday kicks off at 1pm, with eight performers including Sam Dowden, The Rhythm of Life Choir, Dogleg and The Oggle Band.
On Monday the music begins at 1pm and features among others Skylark, The Dambuskers and Luke Brown.
The festival is family-friendly and is free, but a £2 wristband is required to purchase alcohol.
At the festival will be Country Life Brewery, which won double gold in the recent regional Society of Independent Brewers Awards. Forge Brewery from Hartland also scooped gold.
