CHARITY fund-raiser extraordinaire Joan Walton will be up to her tricks again in Barnstaple Pannier Market this Friday, raising money for Comic Relief.Joan, 75, has manned her charity stall in various guises for more than 20 years.On Friday she plans to attract attention dressed in red, including wig, hula skirt and red nose and will be assisted by another stallholder, Frankie Ebdon of Marshford Organics, who will also be dressed for the occasion.
