A free party in Victoria Park, Bideford, on Sunday will raise money for North Devon Hospice.It will also act as a precursor to this year's Bideford Folk Festival, which takes place between August 11-17.Festival organiser Jerry Bix said: "We think a fun day in the park with really good acoustic music is just right for Bideford. "We've also got attractions for kids, including a bouncy castle and a carousel."Gerard Fawcitt, of the hospice fund-raising team, said: "We will also have complementary therapists on hand from the Bideford Wellbeing Centre, who will be offering taster sessions.The party starts at 11am and runs until 6pm. The music will be led by popular group The Dambuskers.
