SEVENTEEN-year-old Serjeant Cay Pyatt of the Bideford detachment of Devon Army Cadet Force was awarded the Army proficiency training four star badge by  Major David Waterworth of County HQ at the Devon ACF Corps of Drums annual inspection.  The badge is

SEVENTEEN-year-old Serjeant Cay Pyatt of the Bideford detachment of Devon Army Cadet Force was awarded the Army proficiency training four star badge by Major David Waterworth of County HQ at the Devon ACF Corps of Drums annual inspection.

The badge is the second highest obtainable in the ACF proficiency training programme.

The ACF is a voluntary youth organisation offering progressive personal development training to young people aged 12-18 years.
