TEN chefs from local Indian restaurants are the latest to gain passes in Torridge District Council food hygiene courses.

The council's food and safety team ran a course in the Sylheti language which resulted in a 100 per cent pass rate.

Further food hygiene courses are planned for all food businesses, including the possibility of one in Mandarin Chinese, if there is the demand.
