The Environment Agency is warning flooding is possible at high tide on the coast between Hartland and Lynmouth, and the Taw and Torridge Estuary. High water is expected at Ilfracombe on Monday at around 7.30pm, and strong south-westerly winds could increase the chances of flooding. These will be some of the highest astronomical tides of the year and there could be wave overtopping of sea defences and sea spray in exposed coastal locations. People are advised to stay away from risk areas and take care next to the coast. Updates as we have them.
