MARTIAL arts expert Matt Fiddes has won a county court fight with pop star Tito Jackson.Mr Fiddes went to court after claiming he had not been repaid money he had lent Tito - brother of Michael Jackson - to come to England last year to make a TV programme about searching for a house to buy in Devon.District Judge Park, sitting at Carlisle County Court, has awarded judgement for the claimant amounting to �12,051.20, together with the sum of �475.20, making a total of �12,526.40 and the continuing daily rate of �2.64 with costs to be assessed.The defendant in the case was listed as Mr Toriano Anaryll Jackson (aka Tito).The TV documentary, broadcast on Channel 4, featured Tito and his family living in a house in Appledore while searching for their perfect Devon hideaway.
