EXMOOR National Park Authority is taking part in the first ever National Family Week next week to coincide with half-term.Two events have been arranged to appeal to every member of the family. The first is a Seaside Safari at Lynmouth on Tuesday.Join a National Park Ranger to find out 'who is eating who' and 'what is hiding where' in the rockpools of Lynmouth with fun for all ages. Meet on seafront opposite cliff railway in Lynmouth at 2pm for approximately two hours. There is a charge of £1 per person, including children, which will go to conservation projects on Exmoor.On Thursday, visitors can enjoy a steam train ride and a gentle stroll with a National Park Ranger around Parracombe with a light tea thrown in.Meet at Woody Bay Station car park off the A39 near Parracombe, at 2pm. The cost is £8 for adults and £4 for children. Booking is recommended by calling 01598 752509.
