‘Evening with the Experts’ for dog owners

Dogs Trust staff will be giving a series of short talks on ‘man’s best friend’.

DOG owners are being invited to an ‘evening with the experts’ in Braunton on August 30, by the Dogs Trust.

Dogs Trust training and behaviour staff will be giving a series of short talks and will discuss topics such as modern training techniques and understanding a dog’s view of the world.

Pam Stow, Dogs Trust Ilfracombe manager, said: “Canine behaviour is a much debated subject and whether you are simply a new dog owner who wants to know more about your pet, or are in the field of dog welfare yourself, there is something for everyone.”

The evening, which will run from 7pm to 10pm at Braunton Parish Hall, will also cover the difference between dogs and wolves and modern theories on attachment.
