EMERGENCY services were called to Batsworthy Cross near South Molton on Saturday morning after a collision between a cattle lorry and a white van.
The Transit van driver was trapped and had to be released by the fire service after the 6.50am collision, but was found to have suffered only minor injuries, police said.
Fire engines from Witheridge and Tiverton and the Rescue Equipment Vehicle from Exmouth were all called to the scene and South Western Ambulance Service was in attendance.
