An eco garden is winging its way to Combe Martin Primary School thanks to 2,000 from Devon County Council following the sale of Exeter Airport. The money was allocated by Combe Martin Rural County Councillor Andrea Davis from her local projects fund."I was very impressed by the enthusiasm and interest of the staff and children from the school Eco Group, who are setting up their own vegetable garden," said Cllr Davis."This will enable the children to share in the excitement of growing their own vegetables. I suspect at least some, once they have been bitten by the bug, will carry this enthusiasm into adult life. I am delighted to have been able to contribute to this exciting project.
