POLICE in Barnstaple are investigating an unprovoked attack on a man sitting in his car in the Queen Street car park. The incident happened between 12.45am and 1am on Saturday, May 29 and witnesses are being sought. The male offender approached the car
POLICE in Barnstaple are investigating an unprovoked attack on a man sitting in his car in the Queen Street car park.
The incident happened between 12.45am and 1am on Saturday, May 29 and witnesses are being sought.
The male offender approached the car and punched the victim in the face through the open driver's door window..
As a result of the assault the victim sustained a suspected broken nose.

The offender is described as being, a white man aged in his 40s, approximately 6ft in height, skinny build with a bald head and a light coloured beard.
He was wearing a plain black short jacket.
