Dogs bite dog in Ilfracombe

Terrier attack in Queens Avenue is being investigated.

WITNESSES are being sought after two unattended Jack Russell terriers attacked another dog in Ilfracombe.

The incident happened on Tuesday morning at 7.50am as a woman walked her dog on its lead along Queens Avenue.

The pair of terriers then allegedly appeared and attacked her dog, forcing it to the ground and injuring its leg.

Anyone who has any information to help identify the culprits or their owner is asked to contact North Devon Council’s dog warden via 01271 388870.
