Plans for 750 new homes in Bideford are set to go before the council again after being deferred last month.

Plans for 750 new homes in Bideford are back on the table again tomorrow (Thursday).

Councillors deferred the Winsford Park application when they met last month due to unsatisfactory drainage water plans.

Members heard Devon County Council wanted to see ‘more concise’ proposals for the site.

The plans were submitted by Bloor Homes for the site off Clovelly Road in October 2014.

They also include a care facility, primary school and local centre in Bideford.
