Police confirm a suspect arrested on suspicion of manslaughter has had his bail cancelled during investigation into death of Alex Munnerley.
The death of a homeless Barnstaple man is no longer being treated as suspicious.
Police initially arrested a 46-year-old man on suspicion of manslaughter after Alex Munnerley was found dead by the River Yeo on March 9.
He was found in a boat shed near the River Yeo in an area known locally as ‘The Dolphins’.
A police spokesman confirmed the bail was cancelled and the matter is now with the coroner.
He confirmed the death was not being treated as suspicious.
