Stay tuned to find out if your favourite has made it into our top five.

YOU’VE voted in our Cute Pets competition in your hundreds – but voting for the first round is now closed.

The competition, run by the North Devon Gazette and Andy Casey Photography in aid of the charity Dogs Helping Kids, has received a huge response.

Each of the 85 entries has received dozens of votes with 25p from each going to the charity, but now it’s time for us to tot up the top five.

The finalists will be revealed in the Gazette on Wednesday, where we’ll open up a fresh round of voting to crown the ultimate cute pet of 2013.

Pick up a copy of next week’s paper to find out who has made it to the top five, and how you can vote for the overall winner.
