HEATHER Mulford from Croyde won't be short of a book to read on lazy summer days this year after winning ten top sellers in a Devon County Council competition.She was the winner of a free prize draw publicised in the winter edition of Devon County Council's Devon Talk magazine. The prize, which she received at her local Devon County Council library in Braunton, was the top ten fiction paperbacks from the Sunday Times bestseller list.Mrs Mulford joined the library to take part in the competition, which was part of Devon County Council's "Buy none, get eight free!" drive to increase library membership.For more information on Devon's Libraries go to www.devon.gov.uk/libraries
