Volkswagen enthusiasts will be joining force to raise money for the Lymphoma Research Trust this weekend.

The Big Sunday festival, now in its third year, will take place at Limekiln Field in Croyde on Sunday from 9am.

The idea is the brainchild of local man Bob Burrows, who runs VW restoration company Resto-Haus and Mr Bo Jangles VW Wedding Hire.

He said: “I long wanted to put on a gathering of Volkswagens in North Devon, so I thought why not combine the two and raise money for charities that will help the fight against this horrible disease.”

For more info on the event, which includes music, bouncy castles, a range of vehicles and bikes and ice creams for all, contact Bob Burrows on bob@bigsundayvwfestival.co.uk.
