Criminal damage at Fremington Football Club - Police appeal

Police are appealing for information after the dugouts at Fremington Football Club, in Barnstaple, were damaged three times in the space of a month. 

The first incident took place between 6pm, on Sunday, April 4, and 8am, on Monday, April 5, at the Fremington Football Club Playing Fields, in Beechfield Road, Fremington, with boards on the dugouts being damaged. 

The cladding was damaged again, some time on Wednesday, April 26, and a third incident was reported, where cladding was torn off the dugouts, which is thought to have happened between 8pm and 10pm on Friday, April 30. 

Officers investigating the offences are appealing for any information or witnesses to come forward. 

Anyone with information is asked to contact police via email on 101@dc.police.uk or by calling 101, quoting crime reference number CR/027875/21 for the April 4/5 report, CR/033740/21 for the April 26 incident and CR/035729/21 for the report on April 30.
