Torridge District Council will be voting on plans for a new office building and car park in Bideford.
Councillors will be voting on whether to approve the third phase of development at Caddsdown Industrial Estate.
Torridge District Council has earmarked £310,000 in next year’s budget for the project.
The plans include an office building and associated car parking and are recommended for approval at tomorrow’s (Thursday) plans committee.
The council hopes they will be built and available to rent from autumn.
Councillor John Himan, lead member for the economy, said: “It’s recognised that there is a shortage of high quality, serviced employment land and office facilities across Northern Devon.
“One of the council’s objectives is also to promote economic growth and diversify the rural economy.
“The next phase of development at Caddsdown aims to support this objective by providing existing businesses with an opportunity to grow and also promote the area for new businesses looking for a place to locate.
“We’re looking forward to the completion of this exciting new addition to facilities at Caddsdown and encourage letting enquiries ahead of completion.”
